Four words you need

Word 1BAC water

Special sterile water. Peptides ship as dry powder. You add this water to turn the powder into a liquid you can pull into a syringe. It keeps the vial clean for weeks.

Word 2A "line"

The little tick marks on an insulin syringe. There are 100 of them. When a guide says draw to 10, pull the plunger back to the 10th line. Some syringes call these "units." Same thing.

Word 3SubQ

Short for "under the skin." A shallow poke into the soft fat on your belly, love handle, or thigh. Tiny needle. Not into muscle. Not into a vein.

Word 4mcg and mg

Two sizes of the same thing. 1 mg = 1,000 mcg. Most peptides are measured in mcg (small). Fat-loss shots are measured in mg (big).

Step one, every time

Mixing your vial

Your peptide shows up as dry powder. You add water to it. How much water you add decides what each line on your syringe is worth.

Wipe the top. Rub the rubber top of the vial with an alcohol swab.
Pull the water. Use a syringe to pull up the amount of BAC water your dosing guide tells you.
Pour it down the side. Push the water in slowly so it runs down the inside wall of the vial. Don't blast it straight onto the powder.
Swirl. Never shake. Roll it gently between your fingers. Shaking can wreck the peptide.
Wait, then chill. Give it 5–10 minutes to dissolve, then keep it in the fridge.

The shortcut that covers most peptides

A 10 mg vial + 2 mL of BAC water → 1 line = 50 mcg

Want 250 mcg? 250 divided by 50 is 5. Draw to the 5 line. That is all the math there is.
